1. Implement a tracking system for platinum process loss using Lean principles.
2. Simplify the metal provisioning process for artisans.
3. Map metal flow processes and propose inventory tracking improvements.
4. Support the planning and administrative team by mapping production flows and creating tracking and reporting files.
5. Conduct VSM mapping to identify waste.
6. Optimize processes in Haute Joaillerie operations, including technical trials support and PLM implementation.
7. Clarify the IT file structure across departments using 5S methodology.
8. Assist in drafting and managing technical documentation for the Atelier.
9. Collaborate with the Workshop Manager and various craftsmen to create and standardize technical files.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
2. Interest in project management and Lean management.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage priorities effectively.
4. Proficiency in project management methodologies.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in jewelry craftsmanship and project management is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
