1. Plan production needs as communicated by the Demand Planning team for multiple key workshops.
2. Ensure alignment between production load and workshop capacity, identifying optimization opportunities and anticipating load changes.
3. Analyze complex data to provide clear insights into production elements.
4. Collaborate closely with diverse teams to facilitate project success and anticipate production challenges.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and tools.

1. Proficiency in production planning.
2. Experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong data analysis capabilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction.
5. Proven organizational skills with reliability and rigor.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and planning tools.
2. Knowledge of Anaplan and/or SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English.

Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on production planning is required.
