1. Collaborate with relevant departments to plan and validate production feasibility.
2. Develop and adjust production schedules to optimize workshop load and ensure adherence to the production plan.
3. Monitor supply chain risks and adjust schedules accordingly.
4. Oversee short-term schedule execution based on capacity and priorities.
5. Track passage times to meet service rate objectives.
6. Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and inventory management.
7. Ensure alignment between field organization and ERP data.
8. Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

1. Previous experience in logistics with a strong understanding of administrative and physical flows.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally SAP.
2. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.
