1. Update and monitor the production schedules for all artisans within the workshop, ensuring necessary adjustments based on workload and capacity, and alert the workshop manager of any deviations.
2. Manage and track metal traceability within the workshop, including recording weight account transactions in the digital system and overseeing metal stock management.
3. Input guarantees into the digital system and assist in audit preparations.
4. Collaborate with the quality controller to verify and validate the quality and compliance of finished and semi-finished high jewelry pieces.
5. Record the workshop's quality performance in the digital system and raise alerts on quality issues, including producing quality alert sheets and escalating information to the non-conformity project manager and hierarchy.
