Van Cleef & Arpels Production Management Intern

- Optimize workspace to enhance efficiency and safety through the 5S methodology.
- Deploy the 5S method and train operators accordingly.
- Define workstation standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and reduce waste to enhance value-added activities.
- Measure productivity impacts and propose corrective actions.
- Conduct real-time performance analysis using the Red/Green method (Genba).
- Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach for process improvements.
- Enrollment in a professional bachelor's degree program in production management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity and rigor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a preference for fieldwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
No prior professional experience required, but a genuine interest in craftsmanship and jewelry is essential.
Current enrollment in a relevant professional bachelor's degree program.
