1. Optimize workspace to enhance efficiency and safety through the 5S methodology.
2. Deploy the 5S method and train operators accordingly.
3. Define workstation standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Identify and reduce waste to enhance value-added activities.
5. Measure productivity impacts and propose corrective actions.
6. Conduct real-time performance analysis using the Red/Green method (Genba).
7. Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach for process improvements.

1. Enrollment in a professional bachelor's degree program in production management, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field.

1. Analytical mindset with curiosity and rigor.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a preference for fieldwork.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

No prior professional experience required, but a genuine interest in craftsmanship and jewelry is essential.
