- Maintain and enhance the internal image bank, PICUS, by enriching it with qualitative content such as product information, creation pictures, key selling points, and manipulation videos.
- Assist in the creation of content for internal newsletters, including 'In the Loupe' and the 'High Jewelry Newsletter'.
- Maximize sales opportunities by preparing tailored digital presentations for client presentations and events.
- Support bridal sales by managing the stone certificate inventory and client delivery, and reviewing and implementing new workflows.
- Facilitate the special orders process by liaising with boutique teams and headquarters, while identifying potential efficiencies and improvements.
- Participate in special projects, trainings, and events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and merchandising within a high jewelry or luxury retail setting.
- GIA / Fine Stones knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Passionate, proactive, flexible, and innovative.
- Deep appreciation for luxury, art, design, and culture.
- Ability to partner effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
A minimum of 3-5 years in marketing and merchandising within a high jewelry or luxury retail setting is required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Expected salary range: $70,000-$80,000. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
