1. Lead the development of new collections, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and identity.
2. Serve as the liaison between various teams including Technical Development, Communication, and Retail.
3. Create creative and marketing briefs incorporating creative directions, objectives, target audience, and pricing.
4. Monitor project progress from initial design to final prototype in collaboration with Operations and Crafts teams.
5. Coordinate the 360° communication ecosystem for product launches with partner teams.
6. Develop training materials for new products aimed at markets and sales teams.
7. Provide detailed analysis of annual launches and prepare performance review sessions.

2. Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
3. Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams.

Minimum of 5 years in product development or a related field within the luxury industry.
