Van Cleef & Arpels Product Assistant Intern - High Jewelry

- Coordinate daily high jewelry activities for the European region in collaboration with market and international teams.
- Manage stock allocations across markets based on client presentation priorities in boutiques.
- Respond to availability requests for unique pieces, conduct associated negotiations, and initiate transfers within the region.
- Coordinate seasonal rotations of high jewelry collections to optimize boutique presence and drive sales.
- Support and track sales through announcements, authenticity certificates, and follow-up documents.
- Adapt and distribute local sales support tools such as stock lists, price lists, product sheets, photos, and process documents.
- Assist in the selection of high jewelry pieces for press shoots or Maison catalogs.
- Participate in the selection of pieces and assist markets with event-related requests.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of sales support tools for events, including booklets, product information, and price lists.
- Assist in consolidating sales during events.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university, pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and jewelry is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
