1. Manage administrative tasks related to product procurement in compliance with Group regulations.
2. Execute operations for all departmental orders.
3. Monitor delivery schedules and manage priorities effectively.
4. Oversee the order portfolio from creation to stock placement.
5. Communicate and follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and prevent delays.
6. Handle stock anomalies including shortages, overages, labeling, and palletization.
7. Ensure compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
8. Identify and implement continuous improvement processes for departmental operations.
9. Track key performance indicators.
10. Collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure supply chain efficiency.
