1. Support the procurement and supply teams in daily operational tasks, including creation and follow-up of purchase orders and delivery schedules.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, ateliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of materials and components.
3. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation and replenishment planning.
4. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, supplier files and compliance records.
5. Compile and analyse procurement data to produce regular reports and KPI dashboards for the team.
6. Assist in supplier onboarding, quality control follow-up and resolution of delivery or quality non‑conformities.
7. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the standardisation of purchasing workflows.
8. Provide administrative support to projects and ad hoc sourcing activities as required.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in supply chain, procurement, logistics, business administration or a related discipline.
2. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional written and verbal correspondence with suppliers and internal teams.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare clear reports and interpret basic procurement KPIs.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to work within established purchasing procedures.
6. Proactive, service-oriented attitude and capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced luxury retail/manufacturing environment.

No extensive professional experience required; previous internship or practical coursework in procurement, sourcing or supply chain is advantageous. Demonstrable exposure to purchasing processes or inventory systems will be considered a plus.

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
