1. Lead and manage a portfolio of transformation and continuous improvement projects within the Operations and Trades Department.
2. Facilitate problem-solving processes by conducting workshops and coaching internal teams and external partners on operational excellence.
3. Develop reporting tools and ensure effective communication of project progress to stakeholders.
4. Act as an ambassador for operational excellence, promoting key technical, managerial, and behavioral dimensions.
5. Coordinate with various departments and external suppliers to ensure project alignment and success.

1. Experience in project management within an industrial environment.
2. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Office tools.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. Ability to coach and guide multidisciplinary teams.
3. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Proven experience in managing projects in an industrial setting is required.
