Van Cleef & Arpels Operations Manager

- Oversee stock and back-office operations, ensuring efficient management and document control.
- Act as the primary user for SAP and digital tools, supporting sales, CRM, and back-office functions.
- Ensure adherence to retail procedures, manage boutique expenses, and maintain awareness of Maison's policies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Customer Service activities, including cost estimation and modifications.
- Ensure and enhance customer service excellence by handling and resolving client issues.
- Manage and develop back-office staff, including Operations Coordinators.
- Identify recruitment needs and participate in the recruitment process.
- Facilitate team collaboration by preparing briefs and sharing information.
- Provide support for event organization.
- Strong experience in management, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
- Basic knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, Watchmaking, and Stones.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Problem-solving skills to identify solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Strong experience in management, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
