1. Oversee stock and back-office operations, ensuring efficient management and document control.
2. Act as the primary user for SAP and digital tools, supporting sales, CRM, and back-office functions.
3. Ensure adherence to retail procedures, manage boutique expenses, and maintain awareness of Maison's policies.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for all Customer Service activities, including cost estimation and modifications.
5. Ensure and enhance customer service excellence by handling and resolving client issues.
6. Manage and develop back-office staff, including Operations Coordinators.
7. Identify recruitment needs and participate in the recruitment process.
8. Facilitate team collaboration by preparing briefs and sharing information.
9. Provide support for event organization.

1. Strong experience in management, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
2. Basic knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, Watchmaking, and Stones.

2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
3. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
4. Problem-solving skills to identify solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
