1. Oversee and enhance boutique operations in alignment with Van Cleef & Arpels and Richemont guidelines.
2. Plan, schedule, and ensure timely presentation of administration, inventory, operations, and logistics.
3. Ensure team adherence to brand guidelines and store operation procedures.
4. Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely submission to the corporate office.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and manage boutique maintenance and supply replenishment.
6. Motivate and develop the Vault team through regular meetings and updates on projects and events.
7. Manage stock and inventory, ensuring compliance with Richemont guidelines.
8. Conduct audits and follow up on action plans related to product movement and stock maintenance.
9. Train new team members on financial guidelines, operations, and sales processes.
10. Develop action plans to improve working conditions as necessary.
11. Responsible for daily setup and closure of the boutique.
12. Collaborate with Richemont security management to enhance boutique security.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail operations.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 7 years in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
