2. Oversee the flow and procurement processes of gemstones.
3. Handle administrative management of gemstone purchases and certification management.
4. Ensure effective stock management and inventory control.
5. Work on process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Define and implement tools to enhance performance.
7. Collaborate closely with the Gemstones department to prioritize team needs.
8. Serve as the liaison with other departments such as Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.

2. Good knowledge of SAP.
