1. Oversee all valuables and non-valuables movements across the Middle East network ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Maison and Group standards.
2. Act as a key partner to commercial, logistics, and client experience teams to drive seamless execution and continuous improvement.
3. Lead and coordinate key operational projects including market integrations, trade flows, and process enhancements.
4. Oversee sales administration for internal and external boutiques ensuring accurate stock transfers, invoicing, and order follow-up.
5. Support Events, CRM, VM, and Client Experience teams with logistics guidance and compliance coordination.
6. Ensure operational compliance and best practices for transport, customs clearance, and storage across GCC countries, India, and Türkiye.
7. Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization through analysis, reporting, and collaboration with logistics and IT teams.
8. Prepare and monitor operational dashboards, invoicing reports, and logistics performance indicators.
