Van Cleef & Arpels Operations Coordinator

- Execute administrative and logistic tasks, ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and managing transfers of all outgoing and incoming repairs with 100% tagging accuracy.
- Support all aspects of operations including boutique maintenance, supply ordering, and facilitating the sales process.
- Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare paperwork for accounting in a timely manner.
- Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits, providing assistance to finance and auditing teams.
- Ensure all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies to achieve accurate audit scores.
- Communicate clearly and concisely to support Boutique Management and business relationships with vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
A minimum of 4 years in administration, operations, or customer service is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Hourly range: $28-$30.
