1. Execute administrative and logistic tasks, ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures.
2. Handle shipping, receiving, and managing transfers of all outgoing and incoming repairs with 100% tagging accuracy.
3. Support all aspects of operations including boutique maintenance and supply ordering to facilitate the sales process.
4. Coordinate the annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization to ensure a seamless client experience.
5. Prepare paperwork for accounting in a timely manner.
6. Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits, providing assistance to finance and auditing teams.
7. Ensure all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies, achieving accurate audit scores.
8. Communicate clearly and concisely to support Boutique Management and maintain business relationships with vendors.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.

1. Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
