1. Execute administrative and logistical tasks in compliance with brand security and operational procedures.
2. Handle shipping, receiving, and managing transfers of all outgoing and incoming repairs with 100% tagging accuracy.
3. Support all aspects of operations including boutique maintenance and supply ordering.
4. Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization to ensure a seamless client experience.
5. Prepare paperwork for accounting in a timely manner.
6. Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits, assisting finance and auditing teams as needed.
7. Ensure all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies to achieve accurate audit scores.
8. Communicate clearly and concisely to support Boutique Management and maintain business relationships with vendors.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

1. Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service is required.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience, with an expected range of $30-$32 per hour.
