1. Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operational activities related to the online business in the Americas.
2. Work cross-functionally, both locally and internationally, to deliver best-in-class services and propose operational optimizations across web and client relations channels.
3. Support the implementation of new processes and systems in coordination with key stakeholders.
4. Execute current processes and flows across the system architecture, ensuring operational excellence from payment to order fulfillment to delivery.
5. Adjust working hours to align with key consumption periods for retail.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in an Operations or Customer Service role.
3. Experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry preferred.
4. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

1. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
2. Solid understanding of online retail and omnichannel operations.
3. Outstanding computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
4. Ability to prioritize and multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail.
5. Team player with initiative, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

At least 2 years of experience in an Operations or Customer Service role, preferably within the luxury watches or jewelry industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000.
