1. Implement the strategic marketing plan and actions, including the conception of yearly strategic plans for each product line and new product launches.
2. Coordinate communication with the Regional office and other departments to establish effective and creative action plans.
3. Prepare yearly budgets and sales forecasts for all product lines to maximize business impact.
4. Supervise product manager activities related to product animations and launches, ensuring timely delivery and product dispatch across the network.
5. Lead the 360-orchestration for product launches and major activations, including pre-launch analysis and stock allocation.
6. Develop efficient monthly sales reporting for boutiques, local departments, and the region to share insights on market trends and action results.
7. Conduct regular research on competitors’ trends and activations, contributing to strategic planning and proposing future actions.
8. Manage, coach, and develop a competent and commercially astute team, promoting horizontal collaboration and communication.

1. Extensive experience in marketing with proven management experience.
2. Experience in high-end products or luxury retail is advantageous.

5. Proficiency in MS Office software; BI SAP knowledge is highly preferred.

Extensive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a management position, preferably within high-end products or luxury retail.
