- Orchestrate brand image and awareness activities while adhering to the Maison's identity and vision.
- Serve as the guardian of the market's global strategy for Marketing, Events, PR, and Media.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Director to align market business development with the Maison's strategy.
- Develop sales budgets for categories including High Jewelry, Jewelry, Timepieces, and Perfumes, and adapt forecasts and action plans accordingly.
- Analyze sales results and provide feedback to the Managing Director, Retail team, and Region, proposing local action plans.
- Animate product-related communities and serve as an ambassador for the marketing strategy.
- Assess brand footprint and positioning, enriching brand equity as necessary.
- Oversee communication plans across all channels to build awareness and drive desirability.
- Provide insights on local communication plans to the Region and propose adaptations to Maison programs.
- Build and nurture a network of influence, identifying partnerships supporting Maison’s Art & Culture projects.
- Partner with L’Ecole to maximize opportunities for the Maison.
- Define and monitor the local A&P budget to achieve objectives.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with the retail department.
- Proven ability to exercise judgment and make high-level decisions.
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in developing sustainable relationships.

Extensive experience in marketing and communication within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on brand management and strategic planning.
