1. Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service to clients.
2. Attend social functions and community events to generate new business opportunities.
3. Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and engage through curated clienteling tools.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and effective communication on novelties and events.
5. Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
6. Travel as required to fulfill role responsibilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field.

1. Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
2. Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
3. Natural curiosity and dedication to providing excellent service.

A minimum of 7 years in luxury sales or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
