1. Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
2. Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through effective clienteling and relationship-building strategies.
3. Attend community social functions to generate new business opportunities and invite clients to in-boutique events.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data management, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
5. Assist in the setup and breakdown of boutique displays, ensuring aesthetic quality is maintained.
6. Travel as required to support business objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in clienteling tools and CRM systems.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field is preferred.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. The role is commission eligible.
