- Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through community engagement and in-boutique events.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate client data capture and effective communication on novelties and events.
- Manage daily display setup and breakdown while maintaining the boutique's aesthetic standards.
- Travel as required to fulfill business needs.
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in clienteling tools and CRM systems.
