- Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients.
- Attend community social functions to generate new business opportunities.
- Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events.
- Utilize curated clienteling tools for outreach.
- Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
- Assist with display setup and breakdown to maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required for business needs.
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Natural curiosity and passion for providing excellent service.
- Proficiency in client relationship management tools.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $24.04 per hour, with commission eligibility.
