1. Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.

6. Oversee CRM initiatives including client data capture, communication on novelties and events, gifting campaigns, and clientele reporting.
7. Assist with display setup and breakdown to maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
8. Travel as required for business needs.

1. Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Natural curiosity and passion for providing excellent service.
4. Proficiency in client relationship management tools.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range is $24.04 per hour, with commission eligibility.
