1. Achieve sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through effective clienteling strategies.
3. Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
4. Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and communication on novelties and events.
5. Assist in daily display setup and breakdown, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
6. Travel as required to support sales and client engagement activities.

1. Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. 7 years of experience in a luxury sales environment preferred.
3. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Curiosity and passion for providing outstanding service.
4. Proficiency in clienteling tools and CRM systems.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury sales environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. The role is commission eligible with an expected salary range of $24.04 per hour.
