- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury sales or a related field.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in clienteling tools and CRM systems.
- Keen attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
