1. Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional client service.
2. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships in a luxury setting.
3. Participate in community social functions to generate new business opportunities.
4. Invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events.
5. Utilize curated clienteling tools for outreach and engagement.
6. Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data management, communication on novelties and events, and clientele reporting.
7. Assist in the setup and breakdown of boutique displays, ensuring aesthetic quality.
8. Travel as required to fulfill role responsibilities.

1. Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury sales environment.
3. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

3. Proficiency in CRM systems and clienteling tools.
4. Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.

A minimum of 7 years in luxury sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing client networks.

Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is commission eligible.
