- Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships in a luxury environment.
- Attend community social functions to generate new business and invite clients to boutique events.
- Utilize curated clienteling tools to engage with current and prospective clients.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring client data accuracy and effective communication on novelties and events.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of displays, maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required to fulfill role responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a luxury sales environment.
- Strong ability to develop client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Curiosity and passion for providing outstanding service.
A minimum of 7 years in luxury sales, preferably with experience in high jewelry.
Bachelor's degree or jewelry certification preferred.
Salary is negotiable based on skills and prior work experience. The role is commission eligible with an expected salary range of $24.04 per hour.
