1. Conduct field coaching in boutiques to enhance sales associates' selling skills and service mindset.
2. Monitor and evaluate client interactions to provide qualitative feedback to Retail Managers and Boutique Managers.
3. Support the development of sales associates through coaching, feedback, and training.
4. Ensure the implementation of the key selling ceremony, Le Ballet Précieux, to elevate client experience.
5. Follow up on Maison's key training courses for boutique staff, assessing knowledge and application.

1. Extensive experience as a field coach, trainer, or in a relevant role within the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in role-playing activities and providing constructive feedback.
