- Deliver Van Cleef & Arpels training programs to instill brand identity and key selling ceremonies, enhancing client experience.
- Refine and facilitate both in-classroom and online training programs, ensuring alignment with global and local goals.
- Design and localize training content, seminars, and workshops to cater to local market needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction through tools such as client barometers and mystery shopping to improve client experiences.
- Manage all logistical aspects of training sessions, including communication with participants, venue booking, and catering arrangements.
- Deep experience as a trainer, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a preference for jewelry or watches.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
Significant experience in luxury retail training, with a focus on jewelry or watches preferred.
