1. Analyze the alignment of workload and capacity in the atelier for short, medium, and long-term horizons.
2. Develop and monitor production schedules based on atelier capacity.
3. Track production timelines and alert stakeholders of any deviations.
4. Implement and manage performance tracking tools.
5. Conduct performance reporting and engage with teams to drive improvements.
6. Propose and deploy continuous improvement initiatives across production units.
7. Oversee logistics operations, including reception, shipping, and delivery.
8. Organize information flow between various departments.
9. Establish and monitor logistics performance indicators, addressing anomalies or malfunctions.
10. Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.

1. Degree in Supply Chain Management or Production Management.

1. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Solid experience in planning within a workshop and/or logistics environment.
