1. Collaborate with method engineers and CAD designers to define products from aesthetic research to conception.
2. Work on product industrialization in collaboration with partner workshops, focusing on the definition and optimization of manufacturing processes and tooling.
3. Provide technical support to cross-functional teams including Quality, Customer Service, and Innovation.
4. Serve as the primary technical liaison with partner workshops, responsible for technical decision-making in jewelry production.
5. Continuously research new technologies and maintain an awareness of artisanal and industrial craftsmanship, ensuring the transmission of jewelry culture.
