1. Lead the development of new jewelry creations, ensuring alignment with the Maison's strategic objectives and identity.
2. Serve as the liaison between various partner teams, including Technical Development, Communication, and Retail.
3. Create comprehensive creative and marketing briefs, incorporating creative directions, objectives, ambitions, target clientele, and pricing strategies.
4. Oversee project progress from initial design to final prototype in collaboration with Operations and Craft teams.
5. Coordinate the 360° communication ecosystem for product launches, collaborating with partner teams to develop launch assets and market documentation.
6. Develop training materials related to new products for markets and sales teams.
7. Conduct detailed analyses of annual launches and prepare performance review sessions.

1. Proven experience in product management within the luxury sector, preferably in jewelry.
2. Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
3. Excellent project management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the luxury industry, with a focus on jewelry.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
