Van Cleef & Arpels Jewelry Product Manager

- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with Communications and Retail teams, aligning with the local product roadmap.
- Lead product launches and tailor them to the local market, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Create and manage tools and training programs to enhance retail performance across product categories.
- Oversee stock allocations and transfers, ensuring optimal product availability and client satisfaction.
- Analyze local sales performance and develop actionable plans in partnership with Retail teams.
- Participate in regular meetings with local and regional counterparts to align on marketing and retail strategies.
- Monitor stock levels bi-weekly to maintain a qualitative and quantitative representation of collections.
- Propose and manage local budgets and sales forecasts, focusing on product perspective and novelty sales.
- Proven experience in product management within the luxury sector, preferably in jewelry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the UK luxury market.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
