- Prepare and organize the finishing work for jewelry pieces.
- Perform polishing on high jewelry pieces.
- Utilize knowledge of rhodium plating.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding technical, aesthetic, and quality aspects of the pieces.
- Ensure adherence to safety and risk prevention protocols.
- Formal training in polishing.
- Significant initial experience in a jewelry or high jewelry workshop.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to work on diverse and complex pieces.
- Effective communication skills.
Previous experience in a jewelry or high jewelry workshop is required.
Formal training in polishing is required.
