1. Coordinate High Jewelry product operations with boutiques, logistics, and regional teams, including stock transfers and new stock allocation.
2. Serve as the primary contact for stock availability requests and manage follow-up after client presentations.
3. Ensure timely delivery of HJ/GIA certificates from headquarters to markets.
4. Assist in the preparation of events and boutique animations, and participate in the creation of product-related content and tools.
5. Act as the referent for client presentation tools such as gloves, trays, and mirrors.
6. Support the marketing team in novelties launch and daily activities, conveying product knowledge and creating sales tools for collections.
7. Conduct ad-hoc analysis on product performances and business trends.

1. First experience in the retail industry, specifically in marketing or merchandising.
