1. Perform polishing, rhodium plating, cleaning, and resizing of client and stock pieces, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
2. Conduct touch-up polishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning for watch pieces and Métiers d'Art components, enhancing the Maison's craftsmanship reputation.
3. Assist in the execution of watch diagnostics, providing technical expertise for the preparation of restoration estimates.
4. Manage tools, inventory, and maintain a high-quality work environment, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.
5. Occasionally support global group platforms by representing the Maison at events and exhibitions, involving occasional travel.

1. Significant experience in jewelry and polishing within a customer service environment.
2. Proficiency in polishing/satin finishing techniques, laser interventions, and rhodium plating processes.
3. Knowledge of stone setting is advantageous.
