1. Develop and implement a comprehensive international retail training strategy aligned with the Maison's business objectives.
2. Lead and mentor a team of over 10 individuals, fostering skill development and professional growth.
3. Collaborate with the Learning & Development department to integrate leadership programs into retail training.
4. Coordinate with the Marketing department to create product-specific training programs.
5. Establish guidelines and principles for training content creation, ensuring global consistency and regional adaptability.
6. Centralize and supervise training content from various regions to ensure alignment and optimization.
7. Define performance measurement guidelines and assess the ROI of training programs at the Maison level.
8. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for regional and local trainers on new programs.
9. Act as a training expert, promoting a culture of learning within boutiques and across the Maison.
10. Engage and support the international retail training community, encouraging local initiatives.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
