1. Prepare necessary elements for drafting contracts for Intellectual Property (IP) lawyers.
2. Participate in the development of contract templates for partners.
3. Manage the contract signing process using DocuSign.
4. Monitor payments and invoices related to IP contracts.
5. Support internal teams in establishing contractual relationships with partners.
6. Conduct documentary research and preliminary analyses.
7. Collect necessary information from internal teams and assist lawyers, particularly in litigation matters.
8. Organize meetings (both physical and digital) with internal teams.

1. Significant experience in a similar role.

2. Strong sense of service and autonomy in file management.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Knowledge of the luxury environment.
