1. Serve as the primary liaison with business units and coordinate cross-functional support teams for projects within the Digital, Intellectual Services, and Information Systems domains.
2. Support internal clients throughout the Request for Proposal process, from needs assessment to project feedback, ensuring supplier selection based on Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance, Compliance, and CSR criteria.
3. Propose and implement tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and impact within the organization.
4. Support procurement projects within the assigned scope and ensure the integration of support functions according to project criticality.
5. Promote the Indirect Procurement function by ensuring adherence to the Procurement Policy and training colleagues on procurement processes.
6. Collaborate with other Group brands on cross-functional projects and lead pilot projects.

1. Proven experience in procurement, particularly in indirect purchasing.
2. Familiarity with Digital, Intellectual Services, and Information Systems domains.

1. Excellent proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with SAP knowledge being advantageous.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
3. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a multi-project environment.

A confirmed track record in procurement with a focus on indirect purchasing is required.
