Van Cleef & Arpels Human Resources Specialist

- Manage personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding formalities, drafting contracts and amendments, and overseeing medical visits.
- Maintain personnel records, tracking absences, sick leaves, and workplace accidents.
- Participate in time and absence management using the Kelio tool.
- Conduct recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate interviews, and managing temporary staff relations with agencies.
- Oversee the administrative management of training programs.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures, including drafting warnings and reminders.
- Contribute to HR projects such as professional and annual review campaigns, recruitment fairs, school relations, and event coordination.
- Regularly update HR dashboards to monitor key indicators.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful experience in HR roles, preferably in an industrial sector.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Known for rigor, high standards, and proactivity.
- Desire to support a rapidly growing Maison.
- Proficiency in HR administration and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools, particularly Kelio.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, ideally within an industrial environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
