1. 8 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles within industrial or manufacturing settings.

1. Fluency in both English and French.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in team settings.
4. Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments.
5. Strong listening and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 8 years in a generalist HR role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
