1. Assist in recruiting future interns and apprentices, participating in HR projects aligned with the brand's current initiatives.
2. Support managers in recruitment processes across all departments, handling job postings, candidate sourcing, interview organization, and final selection while embodying the brand's values.
3. Organize internal events such as Marketing and Communication Talents Days.
4. Oversee the integration of interns and apprentices, fostering a cohesive community and proposing engaging activities.
5. Develop strong relationships with all team members.
