Van Cleef & Arpels Human Resources Intern

- Serve as a liaison for the Personnel Administration and Payroll department, assisting employees with inquiries on-site.
- Manage administrative HR tasks including onboarding, probationary period tracking, sick leave, and medical visits in coordination with the ADP service.
- Consolidate and monitor key HR metrics such as workforce size and absenteeism.
- Engage in the recruitment process by drafting and posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and organizing onboarding for new hires.
- Conduct mid-term and final evaluations for interns and apprentices.
- Facilitate community engagement among interns and apprentices, contributing to talent pool development.
- Assist in the recruitment and integration of permanent and temporary staff.
- Coordinate school relations by organizing recruitment sessions and school visits.
- Implement CSR initiatives related to the workshop, such as hosting discovery interns and liaising with local associations.
- Aid in the adaptation of communication materials for recruitment events and school relations, in collaboration with the international internal communications team.

- Meticulous and organized with strong prioritization abilities.
- Recognized for discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong adaptability and service orientation.
No prior professional experience required, but a proactive and enthusiastic approach is essential.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
