1. Program and calibrate the 5-axis high-speed machining (HSM) equipment for various materials.
2. Manufacture high-value watch components and tooling in small series from CAD files.
3. Optimize machining strategies to ensure precision and reliability.
4. Propose process feasibility improvements.
5. Collaborate closely with Construction, Methods, Quality, Project Management, and Logistics teams.
6. Document settings, programs, and best practices to consolidate knowledge.
7. Participate in the reception and commissioning of new HSM equipment.
8. Suggest design optimizations to manufacturers.
9. Conduct technological watch on HSM and micromachining processes.

1. Degree in production engineering, mechanics, or microtechnology.
2. Proven experience in high-speed machining (HSM) on 5-axis machines in prototyping or small series environments.

1. Proficiency in CAM, blueprint reading, Fanuc controls, and micromechanical component manufacturing.
2. Experience working with diverse materials and geometries such as gold, steel, ceramics, and precious metals.
3. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and share expertise.

A confirmed experience in high-speed machining on 5-axis machines, particularly in prototyping or small series production environments.

Degree in production engineering, mechanics, or microtechnology.
