- Participate in organizational and strategic planning for the high jewelry category.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of strategic plans for the region.
- Engage in financial management activities, including budgeting and forecasting for the high jewelry segment.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive daily high jewelry activities to support sales and optimize distribution strategies.
- Support market teams with negotiations and tailored solutions to enhance sales performance.
- Analyze high jewelry performance and develop action plans based on business realities.
- Adapt and disseminate sales support tools created by headquarters to local markets.
- Facilitate communication of high jewelry highlights to market teams.
- Participate in and occasionally lead product training projects to develop high jewelry skills within the network.
- Coordinate local action plans and facilitate 'Inspire High Jewelry' meetings to nurture local marketing teams.
- Orchestrate the product environment for high jewelry events, including stock management and sales tool adaptation.
- Support sales teams on-site during events and conduct post-event performance analysis.
- Confirmed experience in operational marketing or retail functions with a strong business acumen.
- Proven ability to take initiative, demonstrate ownership, and commit to high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and collaborate flexibly.
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
Substantial experience in operational marketing or retail functions, particularly within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
