- Assist in the coordination and execution of regional and international high jewelry events, including internal engagements.
- Participate in kick-off and task force meetings with various stakeholders and departments.
- Support event logistics and supplier coordination, including client presentation scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to provide insights on high jewelry business performance.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and presentations.
- Support the development of training paths and content for High Jewelry Sales Associates.
- Provide operational support to the High Jewelry Retail Business Development team and department.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Regional High Jewelry teams, Marketing, and Communication, on relevant retail topics.
- Coordinate requests for watch workshop visits.
- Enrollment in a Business School, University, or equivalent at BAC+5 level.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, particularly using Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, charts & graph creation) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Proactive, creative, organized, and hands-on approach.
- Interest in high jewelry and service excellence.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in high jewelry and luxury retail is essential.
Business School, University, or equivalent of BAC+5
Exposure to high-profile events and the opportunity to work with a prestigious luxury brand.
