1. Assist in the coordination and execution of regional and international high jewelry events, including internal engagements.
2. Participate in kick-off and task force meetings with various stakeholders and departments.
3. Support event logistics and supplier coordination, including client presentation scheduling and attendance tracking.
4. Analyze data and key performance indicators to provide insights on high jewelry business performance.
5. Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and presentations.
6. Support the development of training paths and content for High Jewelry Sales Associates.
7. Provide operational support to the High Jewelry Retail Business Development team and department.
8. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Regional High Jewelry teams, Marketing, and Communication, on relevant retail topics.
9. Coordinate requests for watch workshop visits.

1. Enrollment in a Business School, University, or equivalent at BAC+5 level.

1. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, particularly using Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, charts & graph creation) and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and French.
3. Proactive, creative, organized, and hands-on approach.
4. Interest in high jewelry and service excellence.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in high jewelry and luxury retail is essential.

Business School, University, or equivalent of BAC+5
