- Coordinate high jewelry development projects to meet price, technical quality, aesthetic quality, and deadline objectives.
- Lead and animate all stakeholders, including designers, workshop managers, high jewelry project managers, stone buyers, marketing project managers, and planners, to make informed technical and aesthetic decisions throughout the project.
- Oversee both internal and external workshops in the creation of high jewelry pieces.
- Contribute to the preservation and development of traditional techniques, craftsmanship, and ethics while advocating for new methods, particularly in CAD.
- Proven professional experience in high jewelry.
- Strong knowledge of CAD.
- Demonstrated expertise in high jewelry piece development.
- Aesthetic sensibility and open-mindedness.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to convince, explain, and argue effectively.
Significant experience in high jewelry with expertise in CAD and project coordination.
