1. Coordinate high jewelry development projects to meet price, technical quality, aesthetic quality, and deadline objectives.
2. Lead and animate all stakeholders, including designers, workshop managers, high jewelry project managers, stone buyers, marketing project managers, and planners, to make informed technical and aesthetic decisions throughout the project.
3. Oversee both internal and external workshops in the creation of high jewelry pieces.
4. Contribute to the preservation and development of traditional techniques, craftsmanship, and ethics while advocating for new methods, particularly in CAD.
