1. Serve as the primary liaison with the Marketing Product Manager and internal production teams, participating in briefs, stone procurement, and prototype production planning.
2. Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers and gemstone dealers.
3. Ensure the availability of materials to workshops or the Logistics Department for pieces in the launch phase.
4. Coordinate with Quality Controllers and the Planning Manager to ensure smooth deliveries and restocking of complex references.
5. Inspect gemstones and manage any necessary retouching or resizing.
6. Oversee inventory management.

1. Proven experience in gemstone handling and working with various materials in a workshop setting.
2. Strong negotiation skills with in-depth knowledge of the gemstone sector and complex systems.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with numerous stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in English.

2. Rigorous organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
